What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). We require a minimum purchase for payment by Credit Card.

How do I confirm payment if I chose Bank Transfer method?

After you have transferred payment to our bank account, simply go to My Account and click on Confirm Payment

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

No, we are unable to provide a service for collection from our warehouse

Can I have more than one delivery address?

Yes, go to My Account and click on Address Book. You will be able to enter additional delivery address.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Our email is info@foodartiste.com. If your order has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

What is your return policy?

All Sales are FINAL. No returns are allowed
 
If we received wrong money transfer, we would refund the money with charge of IDR 25.000 for administration fee
